Born in Jamestown, New York, Holly’s early life involved frequent moves across the United States due to her father’s Air Force career. She began her HR journey as the Front Office Manager at Express Employment Professionals in New York, where she first discovered her passion for human resources. Holly’s career progressed as she moved to The Connection as a Human Resources Assistant, managing HR functions across multiple states.
Prior to her role at Aqua Green Services, she worked at RPE Contracting and One Hour Heating and Air, where she managed all aspects of human resources and payroll. In 2017, Holly relocated to South Carolina for its beaches and sunshine. She is married with three daughters and a grandchild, and enjoys motorcycle riding, caring for her houseplants, and spending time with her family and pets.
